    SHIPPING AND RETURNS

    Shipping

    ​

    Orders are printed to order so please allow up to 5 working days before your order will be shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive it within 3-5 business days through An Post. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing your tracking information. Note - Orders are usually posted one day a week but if you need an order urgently get in touch and I will try my best to accommodate.

    All orders are sent through registered post with An Post, Ireland’s local postal service. All items have a tracking number and will be delivered by your local postal service and costs €6 in Ireland.

    Please email me on carolynwalshart@gmail.com should you wish to avail of an express service at an extra charge.

    I also have the option to pick up from me in Dublin 7 which is free and you can select this at checkout.

    Delivery times

    ​

    Ireland 2-4 working days.

    ​

    Delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal delays.

    Customers are responsible for all custom and duty charges, if relevant please consult your government website for further information.

    International Post

     

    Please get in touch if you wish to have something posted to a location not listed and I will be able to accommodate you. But please note that I don't post frames or framed pieces outside of Ireland.

    Returns

    ​

    I am happy to accept your returns for A5, A4 and A3 prints once I am advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when I am notified in advance and the item is returned to me within 28 days. Please email me at carolynwalshart@gmail.com to advise of return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to. I do not accept returns for large scale prints such as but not exclusive to - A2, A1, A0, 50 x 50 cm, 60 X 60cm, 100 x 100 cm, 80 x 40 cm, 100 x 60 cm and 120 x 60 cm.

    Unsuccessful delivery

    ​

    If your order is returned to me due to incorrect address or you were not home to accept a delivery, redelivery will take place following payment of new delivery costs or a refund will be given.

    Lost/Damaged items

    ​

    If your piece gets lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. An item is considered lost if there is no record of it after 28 days and it is confirmed missing by the postal carrier.


    Cancellations

    ​

    If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email me at carolynwalshart@gmail.com quoting your order number. If your order has not dispatched I will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy.
